What camera settings should you use from car?

Well I am a little new to this photography thing and I have a sony nex-5 and I am in the car and want to take pictures while someone is driving what should my aperture and shutter speed be to achieve a good picture if it is possible?

You need to put your ISO to the highest setting you can tolerate without the picture being too grainy.
Then I would put the camera into shutter priority mode, set a fast shutter speed (about 1/1000) and let the camera decide the aperture.

See what results you get. If the picture is too dark, slow down the shutter, if it’s too bright, speed it up
